Step 3. Everyone coming to the audition, whether auditioning or not, will need to fill out the proper paperwork and bring a valid photo ID with them to the venue.

If you receive an invitation to be a participant from the Producer or Talent Scout, you must complete and return the Application & Participant Agreement, Release back to us within 24 HOURS from the day of the invite, no exceptions, If not we will cancel your invite and remove you from the database.

A.E.T. Contest Précis: "AMERICAS EXTREME TALENT SHOW" (the "Program") is a singing competition series produced by iCan Entertainment Productions ("Producer"), with the first season of the Program currently anticipated for initial exhibition on video streaming on INTERNET ENTITIES.
Be 16 to 30 years of age.
In connection with my potential participation in the Program, I represent and warrant that I am either:
(a) United States Citizen.
(b) A legal permanent resident of the United States.
(c) You must possess a current employment authorization card (EAD card) issued from (USCIS) that you are allowed to work in the United States for a specific time period, or I am in the United States legally at the time of my initial audition.
I understand and agree that I will be required prior to live shows to show proof of unrestricted employment authorization or have appropriate visa status in the United States that allows me to work in connection with Program prizing or the exercise of Program contract options, as determined by iCan Entertainment Productions, (“Producer”), iCan Music Entertainment Music Worldwide in their sole discretion.
If my citizenship, residency, (EAD) card, and/or legal status in the United States changes at any time, I agree to notify Producer immediately. I hereby agree to complete, execute and deliver, in person, to Producer all required forms necessary to establish identity and eligibility under the Immigration Reform and Control Act. I warrant and represent that I will make all necessary payments due to governmental agencies to comply with the foregoing.
Please be advised that your child must meet the following eligibility requirements (which may be changed at any time by Producer in its sole discretion) (collectively, the Eligibility Requirements) in order to proceed with the application process and to participate in the Program.
You must be legally present in the United States, with the unrestricted right to work for any U.S. employer and live in the United States and you must be eligible to accept the cash prize, if awarded. You must provide Producer with proof of such eligibility. Acceptable forms of proof include (without limitation) a valid US passport or combination of valid US driver’s license and valid social security card.
You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age by JULY 1ST, 2020. All applicants who meet this criterion, including all persons significantly older than sixteen (16) years of age, are welcome and encouraged to apply to be a participant. All applicants younger than eighteen (18) years of age must have all parents/legal guardians complete the Parental/Legal Guardian Consent.
Applicants will be selected and invited to attend an audition at a time and location to be decided at the sole discretion of the Producer whose decision will be final and binding.
All personal details and/or information given in your application either in this form or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading.
The completion of an application does not guarantee that an applicant will receive an audition or participate in the Program.
You must not now be a candidate for public office and must agree not to become a candidate for public office until one (1) year after the initial broadcast or other exhibition of the final episode of the Program in which you appear, if selected as a participant.
You must voluntarily submit to and complete a background check, in accordance with applicable laws and execute all documents required by Producer in connection with such background check.
You are ineligible to participate in the Program if you have competed in any previous season of the Program and advanced to the public voting stage of the Program.
You must be willing to travel at your own expense if necessary, to audition in JULY, 2020 (or as otherwise scheduled by the Producer) Miami, FL. Producer reserves the right to change the number or the identity of the foregoing locations at any time. All travel expenses for the interview will be the applicant's sole expense.
To accept an invitation to be a participant, you must timely complete and return the Participant Agreement, Release and Arbitration Provision and all exhibits, schedules and attachments thereto that will be furnished to you by the Producer and will include, among other things, release forms and waivers for review and signature by you and/or your family members. Additionally, any offer to become a participant may be conditioned upon your submission to examinations to be conducted in Pompano Beach, Florida by medical professionals selected by and paid for by the Producer and the certification of the medical professionals that you meet all physical and psychological requirements.
If you are asked to participate in the competition (currently scheduled to begin in AUGUST, 2020), except as otherwise determined by Producer and/or Network, you MUST be able to demonstrate to the satisfaction of Producer that you do not have any of the following agreements in effect (written or oral).
(a) A current exclusive music recording contract.
(b) A current agreement relating to the exclusive use of your name, voice and/or likeness.
(c) An exclusive acting contract.
(d) A current endorsement or sponsorship deal with a competing brand or sponsor of Producer, or the Program.
(e) Any other contractual arrangement that, in Producer’s sole discretion, would prohibit you from fully participating in the show and/or entering into any contracts required by Producer and/or Program-related partners, including, but not limited to, an exclusive recording contract or merchandising contract.
(f) The talent representative has signed a waiver of management or agency rights lasting the entire duration of your participation in the competition through and including the finale and extending to any subsequent publicity relating to the Program, any subsequent performances related to the Program and, for management, any recording in connection with the prize of the Program (if your talent representative is also your Parent/Guardian, the talent representative must still sign the waiver of management rights). Producer will provide you with the form waiver to be signed by your manager and/or agent.
You must be willing to travel to Miami, Fl., for up to five (5) days JULY 31ST, 2020 (or as otherwise scheduled by Producer) for the final selection process.
If you are selected as a participant, you must be residing no more than 50 miles from the venue of the show is being videotaped at a location chosen by the producer, must be available several weeks at any time in AUGUST 2020 through December 2020 (or as otherwise scheduled by Producer).
You may not participate in the Program if your participation would create impropriety or the appearance of impropriety. In making this determination, Producer the Program will consider whether you nor any of your immediate family members or anyone living in your household may be or have been within the past one (1) years employees, officers, directors or agents of any of the following.
(a) Producer, iCan Entertainment Productions and iCan Entertainment Music Worldwide, any entity owned or controlled by or affiliated with the foregoing or any television network broadcasting the Program, or any of their respective direct or indirect parent, subsidiary, affiliated or related entities;
(b) Any person or entity involved in the development, production, distribution or other exploitation of the Program or any variation thereof;
(c) Any sponsor of the Program or its advertising agency; or
(d) Any person or entity supplying goods, services or prizes to the Program. In addition, Producer reserves the right to allow any person who may have a connection with the Program or Program Entities to remain participating in the Program if, in Producer’s sole discretion, either determines that such person’s involvement in the Program does not and will not affect the integrity and fairness of the Program or Competition.
(e). Any sponsor of the Program or its advertising agency; or Any person or entity supplying services or prizes to the Program.
(f). Any television station or channel, cable network, satellite network or other exhibition or distribution platform that may air or otherwise exhibit the Program or any variation thereof;
The foregoing eligibility requirements may be amended by Producer may, at any time and in its sole discretion, revised or changed at any time and in any fashion.
